For those interested in gaining an insight into what's involved in the practical side of domestic electrical installation work.
This short practical course will provide the candidate with the practical skill set necessary to undertake domestic electrical installation work and provide a practical grounding for those wishing to consider a career as a 'Qualified Supervisor' within domestic electrical installation work. This course provides candidates with the practical insight required into the domestic electrical installation field and will permit entry for those without 2 years experience in the industry gaining enrolment onto our formal EAL level 3 Qualified Supervisors Certificate in Installing, Testing and Ensuring Complaince of Electrical Installations in Dwellings, which is a required of the Part P competent person scheme operators, such as NICEIC,ELECSA & NAPIT.
PLEASE NOTE:- This practical course does not provide the unpinning theoretical knowledge required to practice in the industry and further study will be required.
Comprehensive learner materials will be provided together with all PPE and workshop materials and tools etc.
No formal entry requirements are required.
If you are looking to register on a Part P Competent Persons Scheme you will find that these qualifications can be used under route 4 and will enable you to meet the entry requirements of our EAL level 3 Qualified Supervisors Certificate in Installing, Testing and Ensuring Complaince of Electrical Installations in Dwellings.
